Delivery
The entire delivery is fully insured until you, the customer, sign that you have received the ordered item/items. Insurance and shipping costs are included in the price. For deliveries outside of the European Union and Norway, the customer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes.Return rights, complaints and exchange of items

Terms and conditions for return rights
- The item/items cannot be damaged or worn. All accessories and documents like the warranty and value certificates shall be included.
- The item/items shall be sent back in the original package with all accessories and copy of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping and billing costs.
- Lamastone does not accept any packages sent to be paid on delivery.
- Client is responsible for costs related to engraving removal, typically 75-150 USD.
- The items shall be sent back or returned in person. We recommend insuring any packages that are sent.
- The amount paid will be returned after we check the item/items within 30 days after we have received the package. The returned amount includes the total amount paid for the item/items, except for the shipping and billing costs.

Terms and conditions for the claim
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, or an item with defects or in any other way different from the one you ordered, you have 15 days of return rights. Lamastone assumes all shipping costs, assuming that the claim is valid.
- In the unlikely event that your item has a factory or manufacturing defect, the warranty is valid for 24 months from the delivery day.

Warranty
Lamastone guarantees that all products are free from factory or manufacturing defects on delivery. Each item is carefully checked before it is sent. In the unlikely event that the item has a defect, Lamastone offers a 24 month warranty. The item is then sent to us to be repaired or exchanged. Lamastone assumes all shipping costs to the customer after the item has been repaired/exchanged.Adjusting the ring size
For rings purchased at Lamastone, we offer free size adjustment of the ring, as long as the size should be smaller, within 30 days from the day you receive the ring. For bigger sizes we charge for material and working costs.Return procedure for ring adjustment

Terms and conditions for adjusting the ring size
- The ring/rings shall be sent back with a copy of the receipt which was delivered with the ring. You do not have to include any boxes, but the ring/rings should be safely packed.
- The items should be sent back or returned in person. We recommend insuring the package.
- Lamastone does not accept packages to be paid on delivery.
- We adjust the size as soon as possible, but always within 45 days.
- Note that it is not possible to adjust the size of eternity rings (eternity bands). This is why it is so important to choose the right size when ordering.
Uncollected package
For uncollected packages, Lamastone charges the customer for shipping costs for both ways as well as for administrative fees. The administrative fee currently comes to 250 SEK and 3% of the item’s value.Litigation

We cooperate with RBS WorldPay, which offer the highest possible security as far as payment solutions are concerned. RBS WorldPay is owned by Royal Bank of Scotland and is the world leader in secure online payment services. The transactions are processed in cooperation with RBS WorldPay at the highest possible level of security. RBS WorldPay is certified according to the new strict international Payment Card Industry requirements (PCI). They use the security level of 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code). 3D Secure technology was developed by VISA and MasterCard. The system aims to identify the owner of the card during online purchases. Identification is made similarly to the procedure for cash withdrawal from ATMs, and the verification process depends on the bank which issued the card.RBS WorldPay take care of all online card payments at Lamastone. All information you enter is sent with the highest security encryption directly to the Swedish Handelsbanken which is the redeeming bank. Lamastone has no access to your account or card information.
Lamastone cooperates with VeriSign for information encryption with the SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer). VeriSign is the leading SSL forwarder for SGC activated SSL certificates and offers 128-bit or 256-bit encryption for over 99.9 % of Internet users. (SGC: The strongest SSL encryption.)
An SSL certificate consists of a public and a private key used to cipher and decipher information. When an Internet browser meets an SSL encrypted domain, the server and the client are authenticated and the encryption method is defined. This is when secure contact is established to guarantee the secrecy of the information flow. Each SSL certificate is created for the specific server in a specific domain for a verified company, just like passports or driving licenses, the SSL certificate is issued by a reliable authority. Communication without SSL encryption can be compared to a common letter sent in a transparent envelope, the information is sent around completely visible. Anybody can come and see what is inside.
Lamastone ciphers all websites with private data sent online. You can see that a website is encrypted by the URL in the address field preceded by https (instead of http). In some browsers you can see a little padlock symbol in the lower part of the field as proof that the information sent is encrypted. In Mozilla/Firefox the address field becomes yellow if the SSL certificate is activated.
